Is this event really free for General Admission?
Yes. General Admission is complementary on a first-come, first-served basis for a limited number of seats. General Admission tickets are not confirmed until proof of travel details have been submitted. If these details are not received within 7 days of registering, your General Admissions reservation can be cancelled. VIP and ELITE upgrades offer immediate ticket confirmation and an enhanced live experience, along with more direct interactions with Charles and his team.
What if I am unable to attend after I register?
We understand that circumstances change. If you register and are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible at 800-296-9890. For General Admission, there’s no financial obligation, but we kindly request that you cancel promptly if you are unable to attend, so that another member can take your spot. VIP and VIP Elite refund policies will be outlined during registration.
